Digital Engagement & Social Media Manager

POSITION SUMMARY The Social Media Manager is responsible for continuing to develop and implement the firm’s social media strategy. They will coordinate the firm’s presence within social media, help ensure a consistent voice across the host of social media channels and supports the firm’s social media policies. The Manager is responsible for staying abreast of emerging technologies, communications best practices and trends in the digital communications and social media arena.


  • Build, execute and report on paid and organic social media on platforms. 
  • Day-to-day campaign management, from set up to reporting and measurement.
  • Create, edit and share social media content (blog, Facebook, etc.)
  • Maintain and moderate social media presences as defined by clients.
  • Write social copy and collaborate on with designers on graphics and videos.
  • Maintain, forecast and track budgets.
  • Build and manage content and editorial calendars.
  • Balance and maintain budgets, including tracking, optimizing and forecasting.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE SKILL REQUIRED (Minimum education and experience needed to perform the job adequately)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing. Master's is a plus.
  • Experience working with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite and Salesforce
  • 3+ years' in a social media position working with paid media
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manage a must
  • Microsoft Office knowledge, proficiency with Excel required
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Must work well with others
