Reporting to the Vice President of Knowledge, Impact, and Strategy, the Network Engagement and Research Specialist will assist NCN’s Knowledge, Impact, and Strategy Team in network engagement, coalition building, programming, research, and evaluation. This is a time-limited, 2-year position.

Essential Details:
- Compensation: Salary range of $68,000 - $85,000 plus the generous benefits described below. This is a salaried, exempt position with an intended duration of two years.
- Application Deadline: Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
- Location: Our office is in Washington, D.C. and a local candidate is highly preferred, with the expectation of at least two days in-office per week.
What You’ll Do:
NETWORK ENGAGEMENT
- Assist the Network Engagement team in day-to-day network engagement; collect, organize, and distribute information to network members.
- Track touch points and engagement patterns with network members to inform ongoing strategy and resources.
- Work collaboratively with the Knowledge, Impact, and Strategy team to plan, coordinate and implement a robust calendar of capacity building programming for members, including virtual and in-person gatherings throughout the year.
- Provide administrative support to team members during meetings, training, and programs both virtual and in person.
- Work with the Knowledge, Impact, and Strategy team to create and administer a yearly member survey. Assist in the analysis and writing of state-specific reports based on survey data, providing crucial information and understanding across the sector.
- Assist in the implementation, administration, and analysis of original mixed-methods research on the nonprofit sector.
