Summary:

The Benefits & Compensation Manager is a key operational role on Trevor's Total Rewards team, responsible for the day-to-day administration, integrity, and continuous improvement of Trevor's benefits, compensation, and recognition programs. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, this manager will translate Trevor's evolving Total Rewards strategy into well-run programs that employees experience as accessible, equitable, and reflective of Trevor's mission and values.

This role is both highly hands-on and meaningfully strategic, operating across a fully-remote workforce comprised of union and non-union staff, and 24/7 shift workers. The Benefits & Compensation Manager will own the administration of Trevor's health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs; partner with the Director on compensation cycles, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis; and serve as a trusted point of contact for employees navigating their benefits, leaves and accommodations, and pay.  As Trevor cultivates its Total Rewards philosophy and implements new initiatives, the Benefits & Compensation Manager will play a central role in operationalizing those changes with care, accuracy, and clarity.

The Benefits & Compensation Manager will also serve as the back-up to the Senior Payroll Manager, providing payroll administration support during peak cycles, absences, or coverage needs. While deep payroll expertise is not required, familiarity with payroll fundamentals and a willingness to learn Trevor's payroll operations are essential.
