As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping children achieve milestones that empower them to explore their world. Working collaboratively with a team of educators and therapists, you will create individualized treatment plans that address each child’s unique needs, fostering growth and independence in a supportive, innovative environment.
- Implement Tailored Therapy Plans: Develop and carry out intervention plans that inspire progress, directly or in collaboration with other team members.
- Monitor and Document Growth: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress, meeting both organizational and third-party payer requirements.
- Lead and Mentor: Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and other support staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Ensure Professional Standards: Uphold the Physical Therapy Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain Therapy Spaces: Ensure that treatment areas and equipment remain organized and functional to support effective interventions.
- Commit to Growth: Engage in professional development activities to stay at the forefront of pediatric physical therapy innovations and maintain licensure.
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- New York State License, meeting all requirements mandated by the Federation of State Boards in Physical Therapy
- Experience or training in pediatric physical therapy
- A passion for empowering children through movement and fostering independence

Competitive salary with exceptional benefits, starting at $91,263.00 annually.
